Like many, Jess came to Catalyst while at a low point in her life. Always tired and often sick, Jess used CrossFit to get things back on track. After years of training in CrossFit methods, Jess jumped into our 2013 Internship program with both feet and is doing phenomenally well at coaching groups.
Jess is very skilled at taking a complex theory and making it accessible. She’s been successful through great adversity, and her coaching career is taking off quickly.
