The BEST summer training program has arrived! Your young athlete will maximize their training time spending 2 hours a week immersed in our highly effective and super efficient program, and still have time for all the good things they love about summer break.
With classes scheduled just after noon to accommodate their summer sleep patterns, this Crossfit Club will focus on high intensity workouts designed to build strength, speed, and agility. This is the perfect dryland training program, geared towards athletes in competitive sports, and those with previous Crossfit or Varsity experience.
Over six weeks, athletes will build strength through training with barbells, dumbbells, sled pushing, and kettlebells appropriate for their skill level and the physiology of their age group. Bodyweight movements, floor drills, skipping, rowing, and assault bike training will develop endurance, speed and agility.
The program will run twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays from July 9th – August 22nd from 1-2 pm, for 6 weeks.
