Today, we’re focusing on two lifts that will really make you better at everything in life.
These are challenging sets. 5 reps at a heavy weight will tax you, and require a longer rest interval, because you’ll be creating both nervous system and muscular fatigue.
You’ll be tired by the end, and maybe a bit stiff.
An hour later, you’ll want to eat a huge meal and then take a nap.
By 8:30pm, you might be ready for bed.
But you’ll wake up feeling like an athlete tomorrow!
