Burn Block:

3 minutes: Kettlebell Swings (light to moderate weight)
3 minutes: Goblet Squats (light weight, controlled tempo)
3 minutes: Farmer’s Carry (50-ft laps, moderate weight)
Rest 1 minute after each round. Complete 2-3 rounds.
Boost Block:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
bodyweight deadlifts, 10 reps
20 abmat sit-ups
