Format: Team / Household Workout
Time: 30β40 minutes total
Equipment: None required (optional DB/KB/backpack
Warmup:
Do this together, moving continuously:
- 20 jumping jacks
- 10 air squats
- 10 push-ups (from knees or couch if needed)
- 20-second plank
- 10 lunges (total)
- 20 high knees
- 10 sit-ups
Repeat once.
π Keep it light and playful. Kids can βcoachβ a round.
Workout:
Complete together:
- 20 air squats
- 15 sit-ups
- 10 push-ups
- 20 walking lunges
- 15 shoulder taps (each side = 1)
- 10 burpees (step-back burpees are perfect)
How to Run It:
Option 1 β Everyone Does Everything
Each person completes the full round at their own pace.
Option 2 β Share the Work
Divide reps however you want:
- One person does squats
- Another does push-ups
- Kids count and cheer
- Rotate each round
Option 3 β Kids Version
- Squats β frog jumps
- Sit-ups β tuck-ups
- Burpees β jump and clap
