At-Home Workout (the gym is closed today – we’ll see you tomorrow!)
Warm-Up (5 min)
2 rounds: 10 world’s greatest stretch (each side), 15 glute bridges, 20 jumping jacks, 10 shoulder taps
20-Minute AMRAP:
15 Jump Squats
10 Hand-Release Push-Ups
15 V-Ups (or tuck crunches)
10 Alternating Lateral Lunges
200m Run (or 90 sec moderate pace skipping)
10 Pike Push-Ups
15 Hollow Rocks

Version 2 – With Kids
Warm-Up (5 min) Easter Egg Warm-Up: hide 5 small objects around the house — kids find them and you both do 5 jumping jacks each time one is found.
20-Minute AMRAP:
15 “Bunny Hops” (jump squats — land soft like a bunny 🐣)
10 “Push and Clap” Push-Ups (clap at the top if you can!)
15 “Egg Rolls” (tuck crunches — curl up small like an egg)
10 Side Lunges (kids waddle like ducks 🐥)
Run to the mailbox and back x 2
10 “Rabbit Ears” Pike Push-Ups (arms make ears at the top)
15 “Wiggly Worms” (hollow rocks — wiggle as much as possible)
Rest whenever kids need it — that’s totally fine. Tag us in your Easter workout — we want to see those Bunny Hops!
