• 6 DB Hang Power Cleans
• 6 Burpees
• 12 Box Jump Overs
2️⃣
• 10 Push Press (barbell or DBs)
• 8 Ring Rows
• 12 Air Squats
3️⃣
• 8 Kettlebell Swings
• 8 V-Ups or Sit-Ups
• 12 Step-Through Lunges
