2 rounds for time of:
80 Ski Erg calories
120 Row Calories
80 Dumbbell Push Press (30/50lbs)
120 double-unders
One partner works at a time. Each should go as fast as they can until they have to stop, no matter if that’s 20 reps or 2 reps. Then the other partner tags in and takes over. Both partners should share the same equipment instead of setting up individual stations, so the transition time is part of the total score.
