Boost Block:
“The Gauntlet” (EMOM x 60 minutes)
Every Minute on the Minute, cycle through these 5 blocks (12 rounds total):
🔁 5-Minute Rotation:
1️⃣ 1 min Run or Fast Jog
2️⃣ 1 min Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
3️⃣ 1 min Push-Ups + Squat Combo (5 + 10)
4️⃣ 1 min Walking Lunges (with or without load)
5️⃣ 1 min Burpees or Step-Down Burpees
➡️ Keep the output steady but challenging. You should be breathing hard but able to maintain effort. Use the 1st round to set your pace.
