Outdoor WOD:
“Heat Check” (12 rounds E5MOM = 60 minutes)
Every 5 minutes complete:
200m Run or Fast Walk
12 Jump Squats
14 Walking Lunges (7/leg)
16 Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
8 Burpees
➡️ Work should take ~3:30–4:15. Rest in remaining time. Start a new round every 5:00.
