Sled Push 10m
Go hard on the push, and rest while the next person in line takes their turn.
Strength Block:
Clean 5-4-3-2-1
Jerk 5-4-3-2-1
Aerobic (Zone 2) Block:
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, do:
10 Air Squats
10 Pushups
20 single-unders
Breathe through your nose only!
