Strength Block:
Pick a set of dumbbells that will be challenging for all exercises, and work through all 4 exercises without putting them down if possible. Take a1-minute break between rounds.
5 rounds for quality of:
10 dumbbell shoulder presses
10 dumbbell front squats
10 dumbbell curls
10 dumbbell deadlifts.
Aerobic (Zone 2) Block:
2 rounds for quality (breathe through your nose only):
Air Bike, 2 minutes
Jog, 2 minutes
Row, 2 minutes
Ski Erg, 2 minutes
Rest 1 minute.
