Row 500m (aerobic pace – breathe through your nose, carry a conversation, don’t let your heart rate rise above 70%)
20 Lateral Lunges
20 Pushups

HIIT Block:
For time:
Run 400m
50 pull-ups
Run 400m
50 dips
Run 400m
75 air squats
Run 400m

Strength block:
4 rounds for quality of:
20 dumbbell curls
20 dumbbell presses
20 dumbbell rows
20 dumbbell walking lunges
These should be slow and smooth.
