Each round for time, start a new round every 4 minutes:
15 wall balls (20/14)
10 kettlebell swings (Russian, 53/35)
10 burpees
30 single-unders or 15 double-unders
Max sit-ups in remaining time
Rest until the next 4:00 mark
Score: Total sit-ups across all 5 rounds
