Partner HIIT Workout (30–32 min)
4 rounds of:
Wall Ball Pass x 20 – Partner A squats & throws to Partner B; Partner B catches & squats, repeat
Thruster acsending ladder: 1 then 2 reps then 3, each partner takes a turn
Row 250m – Partner A rows while B holds plank, switch
Box Jump / Step-Up Relay x 20 – Partners alternate jumps or step-ups
Partner Med Ball Sit-Up Throws x 15 each – Sit facing each other, throw med ball
Finisher :
100 burpees – alternate 5 burpees each
