In teams of two, complete four stations for max points. 5 minutes at each, including a buy-in exercise and a 'points' exercise. Only the 'points' exercise counts, but the 'buy-in' must be completed first. Reps on the 'buy-in' movement can be completed in any fashion between the two partners.

5:00 at each station.

2:00 between stations.

1:  100 box jumps. Then max front squats (135/95) for points.

2: 800m row. Then max pullups for points.

3: 100 pushups. Then max push press (95/65) for points.

4: 50 burpees. Then max power cleans (95/65) for points.
