Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
185 pound Clean and jerk, 2 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent

This workout is a testament to skill and proficiency. While an athlete with a big metabolic engine can recover quickly from the rope climb, central nervous system recovery and virtuous movement will determine the real winner.

The Green Army climbed several notches last week on the second workout of the CrossFit Open. Currently in 31st place, the Catalyst squad looks to solidify a position in the Top 30 and qualify for Regionals with a huge effort in Week 3. Nice work on Sunday!
