This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.
This is the LAST event for the CrossFit Open 2012! Tonight at 5:30, the Green Army hits it! Everyone else – including members of the Team – will try their Thrusters at 7am, noon, and 7pm. Last week, the Noon group was 'the big one!' Come and make noise! Special thanks to Mary and Shane, who warmed up at 7:45pm to hit the unknown at 8…and then drive through the night to Toronto to catch a plane this morning!
