Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
'Barbara' is misleading. The three-minute rest seems like a gift from above; it's not. Instead, the autonomic processes that regulate your metabolism are led to believe, "Hey, we're done! Start recovery!" and the second and third rounds become much harder. Usually, metabolism of stored fat doesn't start until the cool-down, but in this workout, the Krebs Cycle starts partway through.
