Last night, Mike and I got a great email from one of our local GFPs, a woman who's really come a long way with CrossFit. She gives CrossFit the credit for improving a lot of 'other' stuff in her life. I hate to beat a dead cliche, but CrossFit doesn't really build character; it reveals character. If you can show up and do Mike's workouts, you've got the intestinal fortitude to pretty much kick any bad habit you want. Heck, if you've got the hip flexor strength to link 10 toes-to-bar, you've got the kicking power to remove anything unwanted from your life….
