Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Three new records were made in Fight On Friday: Cam Wilson scored an amazing 459 points (the day after going 11+ rounds in the CrossFit Open Event 5); Mel Rose took over the female side with 280 points; and Erin Gillespie rocked the Youth category with 315 points! Great work!

One of the greatest pictures of success over the weekend: Kath Fryia getting her first Toes To Bar ever. A last-minute decision, Kath decided to finish what she'd started, and cranked through a full round (and more!) on 11.5.
