Whit, pre-run.  She finished 6.7km in 30th out of 49 women.  Woohoo! She followed with a 7th in the second event (the third event results weren't yet postedat 8pm last night.) Today, a Whit specialty: burpees and double-unders!  Go Whit go!

Today, many of the Green Army will be at the Mountain Maple run on gorgeous St. Joe Island.
