Chest to bar pull-ups
Today, the Park gym will open at 8am. The Catalyst "Green Army" partied until 2am this morning (thanks, Pinecones! Amazing job!) and…well, we're tired. Survivors: show your faces at 9am!
At 1pm today, the Northern Cup Strongman will be kicking off at Korah High School. Head Judge Jose Plante made the trip in this morning from Wawa; Jose was former Ontario's Strongest Man, and is known as "The Polar Bear" in the pro circuit. He's bringing a few toys for folks to try out, too. Want to get a better profile picture? Deadlift a car. 1 attempt for $5. Do all three events for $20. Bring it up!
