WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
10 Ring dips
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

The Midnight 5k was a great time! 44 people made the trek around the new Hospital at midnight to raise funds for our Green Army Relay for Life Team! Now for the REAL hike: this weekend at the John Rhodes Track! Make sure you show up and take an extra 400m to help them out!

This weekend was chock full o' learnin': Mitch got his CrossFit Level I (next stop: CrossFit Kids!) and Chris and Ty delivered their local Ignite! NeuroMotive Coach Certification course. Big brains all around!
