Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

The Atlas Stones are here! And they're heavy.

They're for you to use…but they have their own set of rules to keep YOU safe, the floor safe, and themselves in tact.

Please:

  • Use them outside, on gravel, with at least 3 rubber mats stacked up
  • Put them away in the same space you found them (and the mats, too)
  • Drop them only on 3 layers (or more) of rubber.
