Relay
The Green Army at Relay For Life.  Thanks to Kristen Hoffman for being the best Captain at the whole event.  To put this in perspective, Kristen's team had one of the smallest memberships, but still had the BEST fundraiser at the event (tire flip!), the most-attended tent by visitors, a midnight 5k run WITH a band, and made TRIPLE their fundraising goal!  Thanks, Kristen, for doing the family proud! (honourable mention: Tony The Tiger.)

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.
