Group Training : the ultimate painkiller?

Yesterday was Summer Solstice (the year's longest day.)  Today, we begin our descent toward winter.  Fight back: stretch the days.  Witness both the rising and setting of the sun.  Stay up late (we won't tell your parents.)  Play outside on a school night.  Soak it up.

This weekend is the Element CrossFit Ontario Challenge.  Coach Whit is competing in Mississauga, the sole representative of the Green Army.  Go Whit Go!
