20 ground-to-shoulder (kettlebell)

100m Tire Drag (harness)

AMRAP in 20:00.

To set up the harness, loop 1cm webbing through the tow strap, and then across your shoulders. Choke the other end on a tire with a carabiner or looped through itself.
