50 sledgehammer swings each hand (may be split)
10 tire flips
Carry the tire back to start (from inside.)
….for time.
The value of the sledgehammer swing is in the rotation of the trunk. The shoulders should start parallel with the pelvis, and move toward perpendicular. Use a low grip on the handle and generate maximum torque while twisting. The goal isn't to beat up a tire; it's to twist your hips explosively!
