50 Double-unders
25 Wallball "2-fer-1s", 20 pound ball

(A "2-fer-1" is 2 squats done for 1 wall ball.  While the ball is in the air, perform a second squat before catching.  Yes, I see you wincing.)

The Park will be open from 6am-12:30pm today.  CrossFit groups at 7am and 12! Let's generate some air movement with ropes!   And scout the curious new 'equipment' that Josh and Adrian pieced together on the weekend…..
