Great time last night at the SSMGC! Thanks, coaches! Over 20 showed up, learned some new tricks, and showed off a few old ones. Comment of the night: "Are you guys from some elite gym or something?" Runner-up: "Everyone here is way better than any other gym."
What got us here? Frequent exposure to constantly-varied stimulus. Doing stuff that makes us uncomfortable. Also, practice.
