Today's Workout: 090812



Teams of two. 12 Minutes for max reps of Sumo Deadlift High Pull. While one partner attempts maximum repetitions, the other runs the "track" carrying a 20lbs medicine ball. Then they switch. Highest number of reps wins.

Bonus: 10 pushups on the minute, every minute, for both partners.

Skills practice: Rehearse movements (double-unders, muscle-ups, power snatch) for the Games tomorrow.
