Hang Squat Clean Ladder: Every minute, on the minute, perform one hand squat clean. Begin with 50% of your max and add 5 or 10lbs every minute. You should perform at least 10 rounds.

Max manmakers in 7 minutes.

Reminiscent of the 7-minute burpee challenge in the CrossFit 2012 Open, your goal is simply to not stop during the 7 minutes of work. JUST keep moving. Each part of the manmaker is a rest from the other parts.
