It's a big day for Groups at both gyms! Today at 9:15am, Ty begins his new study on the effects of exercise on academic adherence using the Ignite method.

Tonight at 6pm, downtown: OnRamp starts anew with 5 members! Whit will take them from Couch to Cleans in 15 sessions…absolutely the most efficient way to learn CrossFit from the ground up!

Also at 6pm, Park: the reunion of the Ski Racers and Ski Runners is complete, and we're glad to have played a very small part.  Both sides have obviously come together for the kids, and it shows; their group is huge, energetic, and very skilled.
