Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet
Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Dave asked the doctor if what happened to me was because I worked out so much and he said "absolutely not". Then he said "just watch how fast she heals though, cause she works out so much."
I really miss the Park and all of you and check out the WOD and wish I could be there. Anyways, all in good time because I certainly dont want to end up back in the hospital! But as soon as I'm able, I'll be back!
