For many of us, this workout was what led us to CrossFit. The training methods used for the actors in the movie, "300," were spartan, dirty, and unique….and we loved them.
Mark Twight was the trainer. He was one of the very first CrossFit affiliate owners, though he left just before the training system became popular. He's a writer, a photographer, a climber, a cyclist…. and this workout, which made him famous, eventually became his albatross. Read about it here.
