Today:

Max rounds and reps in eight minutes of:
4 Handstand push-ups
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 8 reps
12 GHD situps

Workout Goal: An anaerobic spike.  You'll perform much better if you're in an aerobic mode when you start (that means, warm up until you're sweating!) The anaerobic mode will be triggered quickly – each movement requires the Valsalva manoeuvre, which raises your heart rate very rapidly.

Tonight: Coop will be IN THE 7PM GROUP! Get in there and mix it up!
