In teams of two, alternate intervals until no more can be completed.
Interval 1: 1 pullup the first :20, 2 pullups the second :20, 3 pullups the third :20…
Interval 2: 1 pushup the first :20, 2 pushups the second :20, 3 pushups the third :20…
Interval 3: 1 SDHP the first :20, 2 SDHPs the second :20, 3 SDHPs the third :20…
Interval 4: 1 wall ball the first :20, 2 wall balls the second :20, 3 wall balls the third :20…
Interval 5: 2 double-unders the first :20, 4 double-unders the second :20, 6 double-unders the third :20…
There will be 10 seconds of rest between each interval to permit partner trade-off.
There will be no additional rest between exercises. When you can’t do another pushup, you move immediately to the start of SDHP.
Last team standing wins.
