Today, the Park will be open at 9:45 for ‘Murph’ warmups. We’ll have a mass start at 10am, closing at noon. Want to train today? ‘Murph’ is your opportunity – we’ll be closed for everything else.
This is a tough workout – push yourself hard – but don’t be scared. You can ‘phone a friend’ – bring a partner – and tap out for short breaks if necessary.
One partner may move at a time. Total reps stay the same. All partners must run, ski, or roll the miles together.
Mass start means mayhem on the floor and shared bars – that’s part of the fun. We’ll get back to a competitive environment tomorrow.
