Today's Workout: "Static Cling"

Staticcling Static Cling

With a partner and a running clock on the rower
(switch places and repeat for each round)

1:00 row while partner holds bottom of front squat (95/65)
1:00 row while partner holds plank
1:00 row while partner holds overhead press (95/65)
1:00 row while partner holds plank
1:00 row while partner holds bottom of squat (no weight)
1:00 row while partner holds plank

Score is total metres rowed after 12 minute mark
10 metre penalty for each reset of a static hold position.
