Master Corporal Scott Vernelli, killed in action Afghanistan last Sunday.  "Scotty" is from the Sault.
On Saturday morning (9am,) we'll celebrate Scotty's life and honour his sacrifice with an appropriately challenging WOD.  Entry by Crossfit punch card or donation to the
"Soldier On" Fund. Industrial Park Gym only; 1 class only.
