Chris, as I lay on the couch last night I realized that I had caught myself wondering what the WOD would be tomorrow and how I could work my schedule around it.  I like it when I’m yelled at and sore muscles have become my excuse for my new (not so sexy) walk.  I don’t know what kind of mojo juice is in the water over there but it’s taken over and as everyone around me shakes their head at my condition all I can think about is topping the dead lift weight I did yesterday.  WHAT HAPPENED?  Whatever it is I want more….  I think.
