I have been training for over seven years, I have only been doing Crossfit for
a little over a year. I have
participated in the Level One Crossfit certification and will soon be doing the
Crossfit Olympic certification. When I’m not training or coaching Crossfit, I
operate a sport nutrition store and manage the catalyst gym.
