9am Group: 

"The Twins"
Done with a partner, each team must complete a total of:
200 Kettlebell Swings
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
400 Squats


For time.  Each team will be assigned a colour.As you count off reps, shout out, "Red Ten Pushups!" for the benefit of the scorekeeper. Exercises may be partitioned as necessary.
