5k Run. Put that POSE technique to work!
Watson will be doing the 5k on our new Trail at 9am. Join him!
The 5k run is an excellent test of aerobic fitness, but if you're just starting with POSE, we recommend perhaps focusing on technique, not speed. The speed will come soon enough, as one attendee found: doing her regular 5k run the day after the clinic, she shaved 3 minutes off her 5km time!
