Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

This Saturday: Gymnastics MiniClinic (coached by SSMGC coaches!) AND Whit's "Kipping For Chicks" MiniClinc.  7am-9am at SSMGC (Rhodes Centre.)  Last MiniClinic before Catalyst Games 2009! $20 (plus gst).  A steal, but you've gotta pay at either Catalyst location before Friday!
