:20 on, :10 off for 8 rounds of the following:
Knees to Elbows
Double-Unders
BCTs
Sledgehammers

..no rest between exercises beyond the normal :10 break.  Record your reps per round; add the lowest reps for each exercise achieved and total them for score.

Tonight: Catalyst Teens at 7pm!  This is also the first Wednesday that the gym will be closing at 5pm, with the exception of the 7pm CrossFit group (entry by punch card, as usual.)  

With the confirmed entry of last year's winner, Ray Gowlett, and newcomer Brent Rose, the Catalyst Games 2009 Mens' Rx class is heating up!  

Last night, Nancy put on a Clean and Jerk show.  Carolle's definitely the force to beat in Scaled 2 Class on the 2000lbs overhead.  Meanwhile, Philsy hammered out a solid time too.  What's going to win the Games – dominance in one event, or consistency in them all?  Is it possible to win the Games without placing first in any of the first 3 events?
