Mike's Fall Running Group starts Today!
Monday is Day 1 for both our October OnRamp Group (7am on Queen) and our Barbell Bettys (7pm at the Park!) The 7pm CrossFit Group is still a go at the Park – Whitney takes the reins while Ty takes the Bettys!
