The fifth will be a classic CrossFit couplet: “Elizabeth.”

21-15-9 Power Cleans (135/95)
Ring Dips.
Standards of movement:
Every power clean must touch the ground (both plates at the same time,) and end with knees and hips at full extension and elbows in front of the bar.
Ring dips start from lockout. Every rep begins with a descent until upper arms are at parallel or below, and ends when the athlete’s back touches a strap. This will help make judging consistent (same standard as Regionals.)
Bars start on the ground with lifters’ hands on their hips. Clock stops when a lifter’s shoulders hit the strap on their last ring dip.
This will be a SPRINT. Don’t miss any reps!
