100 double-unders (total for the team; every athlete must do at least 5)
Each person moves through 21 deadlifts and 21 handstand pushups
Each person moves through 15 deadlifts and 15 handstand pushups
Each person moves through 9 deadlifts and 9 handstand pushups
Every person on the team must make it over the wall. They can be assisted by other members who haven’t gone over the wall yet. Last person will have to do it unaided.
First team to complete all steps wins. 20:00 cap.

See you at 8pm! If you’re doing the League workout, you may arrive at 7:30 and discretely warm up in the back area. Please don’t interrupt the group or coach.
